We’re so excited to welcome Tiffany, she/her, our new intern therapist at Steffen Counseling Services. Tiffany is in the final year of a master’s program of Couple and Family Therapy at Antioch University. Tiffany works with adults, couples, and polycules, offering support around a wide range of concerns including anxiety, rekindling intimacy, premarital counseling, relational issues, infidelity, high-conflict dynamics, and sex therapy. Her approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in both her professional training and a natural ability to deeply connect with those she serves.
With a warm and empathetic presence, Tiffany helps clients identify patterns, build emotional insight, and move toward meaningful growth. Her approach is informed by training in Gottman Level 1, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She’s also pursuing an AASECT-approved certificate in sex therapy to deepen her expertise in this area.
Tiffany’s compassionate, goal-oriented style makes her a strong guide for those navigating connection, conflict, and change. We’re so glad to have her on our team!
