About Me

Now Accepting Clients for Adult Autism Assessments!

If you’re neurodivergent, have ADHD or autism, or experience anxiety, you may have spent a lot of time trying to fit yourself into systems and expectations that weren’t designed with your brain in mind. You may notice this showing up in your relationships, communication, emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-esteem, or day-to-day life. In therapy, you won’t be expected to change who you are to fit someone else’s idea of how you “should” function. Instead, we’ll work together to understand how your brain works and what you need to feel more supported and successful in your life.

You’ll have space to talk openly about what’s happening, what’s difficult, and what you want to be different. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that reflects your goals, needs, and circumstances rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

You can expect therapy with me to be conversational, honest, and intentional. I’ll ask difficult questions when they may help you move forward, while making sure you feel safe, heard, and supported along the way. From there, we can develop strategies, boundaries, skills, and relationships that actually work for you—not just what you’ve been told should work.

What You Can Expect

When you come to therapy, you’ll be met where you’re at—with warmth, honesty, and directness. You know yourself and your life better than anyone, so you’ll be an active partner in the therapy process. My role is to help you notice patterns, build skills, explore new perspectives, and create new narratives that feel more aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
