About Me

My approach to therapy places importance on meeting clients where they’re at, and working with them on the goals they set in a warm, engaging, and direct manner. I work with clients collaboratively, seeing them as the expert of their own lives, with my role as a third party who can help you see patterns and create new narratives. Everyone has unique circumstances, so we’ll create a treatment plan personalized to your life, that incorporates your needs and goals. I enjoy working with couples and individuals experiencing a variety of issues including sex therapy, conflict resolution, relational issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, and more.

What You Can Expect

My style is conversational, direct, active, and warm- my clients tell me that they appreciate my willingness to ask them difficult questions, while creating a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to see holistic change for each client, by working from a systems perspective and incorporating the way your family, friends, community, and work affect who you are. With this knowledge, we can build healthy frameworks and relationships.
