Knowing that there may be a variety of influences and obstacles you are navigating, it is my hope and aspiration to collaborate with you. I intend to provide a brave space that fosters a supportive and welcoming environment for you to share experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Leading with empathy, affirmation, and earnest listening are my goals when working with clients. My hope is you walk away feeling understood and encouraged.
As a woman of color, I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who come from marginalized communities. I have a personal understanding of the complexities and expectations often found in family systems as well as the daily challenges of living as a person of color in the US.
