About Me

My hope for our therapy work is to provide a space for you to explore being your fullest self. Together, we’ll identify the struggles keeping you stuck, and make a plan to meet your needs. I practice using a relational and trauma-based approach, and desire to understand your experience in your unique culture and context. I am a queer identified therapist, and love to support folks reckoning with religious trauma, processing old wounds, and choosing different patterns in relationships. I hope to connect with you soon!

What You Can Expect

My therapeutic style has been described as warm and collaborative – I want to accompany you alongside the process of creating the life you want. I draw from different approaches depending on what each individual client needs, but I commonly integrate grounding exercises and inner parts awareness into sessions, and practice from a trauma informed, person centered approach.
