Please join us in welcoming our new clinical intern, Myra Fortin: (she/her), to Steffen Counseling Services!
She is a graduate student at Antioch University and is currently pursuing a masters in art therapy and couples & family therapy. She is now offering affordable, sliding-scale therapy sessions in person at our Fremont office and via tele-health for all of Washington State. The fee for interns is $65-$85/hour (private pay only, no insurance) or is in-network with Molina. Proof of income is not required to see an intern.
Myra specializes in working with clients navigating neurodivergence, identity issues, LGBTQIA+ populations, and parenting/coparenting topics. When working with Myra, you will find her approach to be rooted in a systemic and strengths-based perspective, while integrating creative expression to celebrate and engage with clients.
