I believe that relationships are fundamental to happiness, and yet they often come with struggles. Loneliness, depression, anxiety, conflict, and stress challenge all of us–but sometimes the burden is too heavy to carry alone. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients navigate these challenges and improve their connection to their loved ones in order to live a more fulfilling life. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and I hope to work with you to uncover your unique strengths and achieve your personal goals.
My style is often described as warm, conversational, and empathetic. I draw from a blend of approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy and trauma-focused CBT. In my work with couples, I serve as a neutral third party, helping partners resolve conflict, strengthen communication, interrupt negative relational patterns, and address intimacy and sexual concerns.
