Pronouns: She/Her
As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I understand the challenges of navigating a world that often overlooks diverse needs. My own experiences have shaped my passion for creating a comfortable, supportive environment where healing and growth can happen.
I started my journey with a degree in Visual Communication and Design from Cornish College of the Arts. Now, as I pursue my master’s degree in Couples and Family Art Therapy at Antioch University, with a certification in sex therapy, I’ve found ways to blend that creativity with systemic, social justice-oriented, and compassionate therapeutic approaches.
I believe our stories are shaped by the connections we have: with family, community, and the world around us. In therapy, my focus is on understanding these influences and creating a space where you feel truly seen and understood. With warmth, curiosity, and respect for your unique experiences, I offer a collaborative approach that honors your insights and fosters growth. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your family, or your relationships, we’ll work together to navigate challenges, uncover strengths, and build resilience in a way that feels authentic to you.
