About Me

In-person sessions at the Fremont Space Building on Tuesdays starting in June!

I believe you can live a fulfilling life and I am passionate about helping people find a way to live their dreams. It may not be what you had originally envisioned, but therapy can help you revamp and find solutions that work for you to whatever challenges you may be facing. I am passionate about supporting those from all walks of life including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, those who are differently abled, as well as those in different relationship structures.

Belonging to a marriage and family therapy program, I am trained in working with couples specifically. Relationship issues of all types including marital distress, family conflict, and sex therapy are my strengths. We are social creatures and relationships are fundamental to our well-being. When we feel supported in our relationships, our overall well-being improves. It would be an honor to support you in improving, creating, and maintaining your most important relationships.

What You Can Expect

My style is supportive, curious, understanding, and direct. I love to work with people from all types of backgrounds, facing complex, nontraditional, and diverse challenges. Whatever obstacles are currently blocking your path, I will work with you until, together, we find a solution that allows you to live a life in line with your values. My approach is relational in nature. I focus on evidence-based treatment approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and solution-orientated therapy. With couples, I tend to weave in the Gottman Method. I aim to incorporate values work into the treatment process. I have completed the foundational training in EFT and find this type of therapy valuable with all types of client configurations. No matter the problem, working together, we can alleviate the difficulties you are currently experiencing.
