About Me

She/Her

You might feel conflicted between wanting and valuing deep, meaningful connections and feeling completely exhausted by the complex relationship dynamics in your life. Maybe you’re feeling stuck in repeating patterns with your partner or family, carrying the weight of burnout or religious trauma, or trying to manage anxiety and OCD that make it difficult to function in your daily life. You might be navigating a major life transition, exploring or renegotiating your identity, or seeking a sex-positive space where you feel like you can show up as your full, honest self. When your relationships feel overwhelming, it can often have a ripple effect that shows up across many different areas of your life. My role is to listen deeply, offer a grounding presence, and help you make sense of how you interact with yourself and those around you.

You may be looking for a space where you can slow down and give your relationships the attention they deserve—without feeling judged or pathologized. You might be looking to set healthier boundaries, communicate more clearly during conflict, or navigate family tension with more clarity and honesty. Above all, you likely want to feel fully seen, understood, and supported as you explore who you are, separate yourself from shame, and build more authentic, life-giving relationships with yourself and the people around you.

What You Can Expect

From our very first session, you will step into an approachable, shame-free space where you don’t have to censor your story or hide parts of yourself. Because I am trained in systemic therapy, we will look at your life through a wide lens and explore how your relationships, community, and environment shape your daily world, even in individual sessions. As a queer-identified therapist, I prioritize creating an environment where you feel genuinely safe, respected, and affirmed in all your identities. My approach is highly adaptable and integrative and will hinge on what works best for you and your process. If this sounds like the right fit, please reach out—I would be honored to support you on your journey and hear your story!
