About Me

Pronouns: She/Her

Are you struggling to create meaningful romantic partnerships, experiencing gaming related issues, or need support with internet addiction? Are you feeling burned out at your job, overworked, and/or stressed about your career? If any of the above (plus much more) apply to you, you’re in the right place!

My name is Bree, and I’m a neurodivergent geek on a quest to help others in my community navigate the online and physical world. Whether you need help navigating relationships, or just need some extra guidance on your personal quest, allow me to be your guide.

I love playing video games (Baldur’s Gate 3 is my favorite!), reading, and trying new hobbies. I lived in Japan for 3 years (I can speak conversational Japanese) and have a BA in Japanese and Music. Originally from the UK, I moved to Seattle to start my journey as a couple and family therapist, with a special interest individuals and couples therapy.

What You Can Expect

I take a person-centered approach to therapy, as I believe you already have the skills needed to persevere; I’ll just help you unlock them. I believe in the therapeutic power of games and their ability to be a great tool to tackle mental health. I aim to utilize elements of gaming in our therapy journey.
