About Me

Pronouns: She/her

It’s weird being human, but that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t quite seem to change. Maybe you’re overthinking everything, struggling to trust yourself, or wondering why things that seem easy for other people feel so hard for you. ADHD, trauma, relationships, identity, and big life transitions can add their own particular brand of complicated. You may be looking for a place to slow down, understand yourself with more curiosity than judgment, and figure out what you actually want to do differently. Therapy can be a space to explore the “why” behind your patterns while also focusing on the “what now?”, building practical tools for navigating emotions, relationships, boundaries, and everyday life that actually fit you.

What You Can Expect

You can expect therapy with me to be collaborative, conversational, and practical. There’s room for humor and hard conversations, insight and action. We’ll explore patterns, ask honest questions, and practice useful skills you can take with you outside the therapy room. EMDR, DBT-informed skills, narrative, and relational approaches are woven in when they’re useful.
