About Me

I’m a solution‑focused, results‑oriented counselor who is passionate about helping people make meaningful progress as efficiently as possible—while still addressing the whole picture of their mental and emotional well‑being. In addition to my work as a therapist, I’m also the author of several books on parenting, relationships, and depression, which reflect my deep interest in understanding and supporting people through life’s challenges.

I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, parenting challenges, and insomnia. My approach is collaborative and goal‑driven, designed to help you gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and create tangible, lasting change in your life. I believe in meeting you where you are and guiding you toward the clarity, confidence, and resilience you need to thrive.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a new perspective, I offer a supportive and encouraging space to explore your challenges and discover your strengths. Together, we’ll identify solutions that work for your unique situation—helping you move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

What You Can Expect

My clients and I explore evidence-based treatments for all three aspects of mental health: behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. We focus on lifestyle change, cognitive therapy, emotional coping skills, and exposure therapy. Most often, I work with clients’ present-day experiences, with less focus on the past. Many of my clients tell me that traditional talk therapy has not worked for them, and they want to try something different.
