About Me

Pronouns: She/her

I take an integrative approach to therapy that blends relational work, evidence-based practices, and nervous system regulation. My focus is on how past and present relationships shape our sense of safety, belonging, and self-understanding. I center the client in every step, tailoring our work to your needs, your pace, and your goals. In our sessions, we’ll explore patterns that may no longer serve you, strengthen your ability to regulate emotions, and build the capacity for meaningful, supportive relationships. My hope is to create a space that feels as safe and collaborative as possible, so together we can move toward healing, resilience, and a deeper connection with yourself and others.

What You Can Expect

You can expect a steady, non-judgmental space where your experiences are met with curiosity and care. We’ll focus on building trust and exploring both your strengths and your struggles. I integrate nervous system awareness to help you notice what’s happening in your body, along with practical tools and insight to support change. Our work may address emotional regulation, attachment wounds, grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges, always with your needs at the center.
