About Me

Offering in-person sessions on Saturdays at the Fremont Space Building, starting Fall of 2025.

I’m originally from Portland, Oregon, with a background as a working actor, outdoor educator, and theater teacher. My work is deeply shaped by Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory. I believe healing begins in a safe, trusting relationship where you feel deeply seen and accepted. I approach therapy with honesty, warmth, and a touch of playfulness, creating a space where you can explore your inner world without judgment. At the heart of my work is a belief that connection — to ourselves and to others — is essential to being human, and that being truly witnessed can be a powerful path toward growth and healing.

What You Can Expect

During our initial session we’ll take a deep dive into your life, and story. I’ll ask a lot of questions, get to know you, and we’ll talk about your hopes, and goals for our time together, and the challenges that brought you into therapy. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered.I believe that real healing and change happens in the context of trusting, caring relationships, so we’ll work to build trust as we work towards health & wellness.

Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and radically nonjudgmental. I work from a family systems perspective, helping you understand how your early relationships shaped who you are—and how you can move forward with intention. Together, we’ll explore, heal, and build new patterns that support the life you want.
