About Me

Now offering both telehealth services, and in-person therapy in Fremont

I believe everyone has the capacity to create a meaningful and fulfilling life. Sometimes the path looks different than we imagined — but therapy can help you reimagine your goals, overcome obstacles, and discover solutions that truly work for you. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I welcome and support clients from all walks of life, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA, those in diverse relationship structures, and people with disabilities. Whatever challenges you may be facing, I’m here to help you move toward the life you want.

Having attended an accredited marriage and family therapy program, I am trained in working with individuals, couples, and families in a systemic, relational context. As an experienced couples therapist, I specialize in helping clients navigate a wide range of relationship challenges, including communication difficulties, high-conflict dynamics, and issues involving immediate family and other close relationships (including sex therapy). We are social beings, and our relationships are central to our well-being. When we feel truly supported in these connections, every aspect of our lives can improve. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you as you work to improve, create, and nurture your most important relationships.

What You Can Expect

My style is supportive, curious, understanding, and direct. I love to work with people from all types of backgrounds, facing complex, nontraditional, and diverse challenges. Whatever obstacles are currently blocking your path, I will work with you until, together, we find a solution that allows you to live a life in line with your values. My approach is relational in nature. I focus on evidence-based treatment approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and solution-orientated therapy. With couples, I tend to weave in the Gottman Method. I aim to incorporate values work into the treatment process. I have completed the foundational training in EFT and find this type of therapy valuable with all types of client configurations. No matter the problem, working together, we can alleviate the difficulties you are currently experiencing.
