About Me

Feeling connected in a highly individualistic society can be incredibly difficult, especially when we are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma or PTSD, or grief. Therapy can be a helpful tool to orient us back to a world of belonging and it is my goal to help you find your own unique path toward this. I work with individuals and couples who are seeking more connection with themselves or their loved ones. I am also passionate about helping clients heal relationship issues, women’s issues, men’s issues, or self-esteem issues. I am whole-heartedly supportive of the LGBTQ+ populations, sex workers, and alternative relationship styles such as relationship anarchy, polyamory, and friendships.

What You Can Expect

My therapeutic style is intuitive and I value the inherent wisdom in each of my clients. I have a calm, gentle, and caring personality yet will ask direct questions to help you better understand yourself or your relationship. My practice methods are integrative and include embodied skill building through an exploration of emotions, personal parts, attachment styles, and experiential metaphors. I am trauma-informed and currently training in the Gottman method for couples therapy. I will approach each session with presence and curiosity and seek to hold space for the innate healing that wants to emerge.
