I am a solution-focused, results-oriented counselor with a passion for helping people in the most efficient yet comprehensive manner possible. Using a systemic therapeutic approach, I work with individuals and couples to address issues related to anxiety, stress, depression, career, life transitions, and relationships. I'm a graduate of graduate of Divine Mercy University’s accredited Masters of Science in Counseling, and have two years of in-school counseling experience, and receive consultation on all cases from my highly experienced clinical supervisor. In addition to working as a counseling intern and attending graduate school, I have written and published books on parenting, relationships, and depression. As a writer and researcher I have studied these topics extensively, and enjoy working with clients on goals related to these areas.
