I believe that everyone can develop the skills necessary to live the life they’ve always wanted, and it begins with their mental health. My goal as a therapist is to help clients explore their past, their patterns of thinking, and their behaviors in order to adapt and overcome. Using an individualized and integrative approach, clients will develop the skills needed to reach their goals and become drivers of change. I work with clients to address issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and stress. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
I'm a Nationally Certified LMHCA. My therapeutic style focuses on the client-clinician relationship, empathetic listening, & exploration of meaning. My approach is based on trauma-informed CBT & is person-centered. As a former teacher, I have extensive experience working with adolescent & teacher populations. It is important that you, as the client, feel comfortable with your provider. As such, I offer phone or email consultations to ensure a proper fit. I am currently only offering telehealth services. Please reach out with any questions. |
