Couples Therapy

About our couples therapy services
$240 for 90 minute sessions
SCS employs post-graduate, licensed associate clinicians from accredited universities. Couples sessions are 90 minutes long, unless otherwise requested. In certain cases, Premera will reimburse for couples therapy sessions. However, if the relationship is the focus of treatment, rather than one client's diagnosis, Premera does not cover treatment.
Sex therapy can be covered by insurance if the client has a qualifying mental health diagnosis.

Alisha LeBeau, LMFTA

Individuals and couples, adults ages 18+

Alisha is passionate about working with individuals and couples on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and relationships. She particularly enjoys working with women regarding sexual shame, and deconstructing harmful narratives and trauma related sexuality, body image, and culture. She is also trauma-informed, which means that she pays particular attention to where certain experiences may have stuck with her clients because of how inexplicable, impactful, or harmful they were. Her priority as a therapist is to create a warm, non-judgmental environment for clients to process their emotions, relationships, and experiences, and finds deep fulfillment in walking with others as they process their personal histories.
